Engage potential and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Understand client needs to recommend suitable solutions and drive revenue. Effectively manage objections and rejections while maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions. This entry-level outbound sales role requires strong English communication skills with a neutral accent, a persuasive sales mindset, and excellent active listening abilities.
