This is an entry-level outbound sales role focused on engaging customers in Canada and promoting telecom products. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue through consultative selling and building strong customer relationships.

Engage customers through high-volume outbound calls, promoting telecom plans, upgrades, and retention offers. Understand client needs to recommend personalized solutions and achieve sales targets. Professionally handle objections, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure adherence to quality and process standards. The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue.

We are looking for individuals with strong, neutral English communication skills and a persuasive sales mindset. Active listening, customer empathy, and resilience in handling rejection are essential. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required. A graduate degree is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience in sales or BPO being advantageous.
