As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers. You'll play a key role in promoting telecom products, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers, while understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.

Key duties involve achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handling objections and rejections with professionalism, and maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups. You will also ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process requirements, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences to maximize revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. Essential qualities include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience to effectively manage rejection.
