As a Call Center Associate, your primary responsibilities will include making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. You will actively promote telecom products, such as plans, upgrades, and retention offers. A key part of your role will be understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

You will also professionally handle objections and rejections, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality, and process standards. Delivering a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

Ideal candidates for this role will possess strong communication skills with a neutral and clear English accent. A natural sales mindset, coupled with persuasive abilities, is essential. You should demonstrate active listening skills and customer empathy, along with resilience to effectively handle rejection.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. We welcome graduates with 0–2 years of experience, and freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior BPO or sales experience is preferred but not strictly necessary.
