Engage prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls, promoting telecom products like plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally handle objections and rejections, maintaining accurate CRM records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards while delivering excellent customer experiences and maximizing revenue.

This role requires working a US-Canada Shift, typically 10 hours per shift, including breaks. Company-provided transportation is available for night shifts.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a neutral, clear English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities, coupled with active listening and customer empathy, is essential. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection are key traits for success. Basic system and CRM handling proficiency is required.

While a Graduate qualification is preferred, flexibility exists based on exceptional communication skills. Previous experience between 1-2 years is beneficial, with a preference for BPO or sales backgrounds, though freshers are encouraged to apply.
