As a Call Center Associate, you will make high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers. Your primary focus will be promoting telecom products, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers, while understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.

Key duties include achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, professionally handling objections and rejections, and maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions. You will also ensure adherence to scripts, quality, and process standards, consistently delivering a strong customer experience to maximize revenue.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills with a clear and neutral English accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. An aptitude for active listening and customer empathy is crucial for success in this role.

We are looking for resilient individuals who can effectively handle rejection. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. While 1-2 years of experience in BPO or sales is preferred, freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
