Engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. You will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handling objections professionally, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality standards, and processes is key, as is delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales.

A strong command of English with a neutral and clear accent is essential. We are looking for individuals with a natural sales mindset and persuasive abilities, coupled with excellent active listening and customer empathy skills. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection are crucial for success in this role. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required. Candidates should possess a graduate-level education, though flexibility may be applied based on communication skills. Prior experience of 3-5 years in a BPO or sales environment is preferred.
