As an Entry-level Outbound Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in engaging Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services. Your core duties will involve making a high volume of outbound calls, presenting various telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You'll focus on understanding customer needs to recommend suitable solutions and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professional handling of objections and maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups are crucial. Ensuring adherence to scripts, quality standards, and processes, while consistently delivering a strong customer experience to maximize revenue, will be key to your success.
