Capgemini is seeking a C2C Cash Applications Process Expert to join our BSv organization. In this role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Cash Applications to ensure the achievement of service levels and key performance targets. You will deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes, focusing on customer satisfaction and compliance through frictionless finance practices, innovative technologies, and process improvements.

This position involves handling standard cash application transactions and customer account clearing activities in adherence to established procedures. You will play a vital role in managing the client's Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensuring daily delivery of excellent, customer-focused service within agreed Service Level Agreements.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the client’s Accounts Receivable portfolio. Ensure a high-quality, customer-centric service is delivered daily, meeting all Service Level Agreements. Facilitate the swift resolution of issues and escalated items by the Credit Control Team. Oversee a complex AR portfolio, negotiate, and implement effective payment solutions with clients. Achieve key cash collection and aging targets through the application of fundamental collection techniques. Regularly assess and propose improvements for all credit management controls and procedures.

Develop strategic solutions for challenging customer accounts and credit management obstacles. Craft effective strategies to overcome credit control challenges and implement them. Perform complex customer account reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all cash collection targets are consistently met. Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to achieve desired outcomes with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and financial arrangements.
