Seeking a Principal Consultant with expertise in Blue Yonder functional solutions. This role involves leading the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning and execution systems to meet critical business objectives.

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Blue Yonder modules. This is an opportunity to drive significant improvements in supply chain operations.

Spearhead business requirement workshops, process assessments, and fit-gap analyses to architect robust Blue Yonder supply chain solutions. Configure and deploy key modules including Planning, WMS, TMS, Labor Management, SCPO, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization.

Develop detailed functional designs, solution blueprints, process flows, and system configuration specifications. Lead testing phases such as CRP, SIT, and UAT, ensuring successful business sign-offs. Collaborate closely with stakeholders for smooth solution deployment and user adoption.

Facilitate master data management, validate configurations, and drive process optimizations for supply chain transformation. Deliver comprehensive end-user training, develop user guides, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials. Provide essential post-go-live support, resolve issues, and recommend continuous improvements and enhancement roadmaps.

This role requires a seasoned functional consultant with deep experience in Blue Yonder supply chain solutions. A strong understanding of warehouse management, transportation management, and supply chain planning is essential.

Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs and system configurations is a must. Experience in conducting various testing phases and providing end-user training and support is expected.
