Key responsibilities include performing business valuations for management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, and financial reporting. You will also contribute to generating detailed reports and financial models. Staying updated on economic developments, collaborating with global EY offices, and continuously acquiring knowledge through technology are also crucial aspects of this role.

A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in valuation and financial modeling is required, along with excellent English communication skills. A thorough understanding of corporate finance, capital budgeting, M&A, and accounting standards (IFRS) is necessary. Advanced MS Excel skills, including Macros, are preferred, as is a good understanding of capital markets. Strong interpersonal and client handling skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines are also key.
