Join the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, specifically within Valuation, Modelling & Economics (VME), focusing on Business Valuations as a Senior Contract professional. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow within a highly regarded global firm.

Lead VME professionals in delivering enterprise and asset valuations for Middle East and North African (MENA) EY clients. Cultivate strong client relationships across the MENA region and support business development initiatives. Act as a key liaison with onshore teams, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Mentor and guide up to three team members, fostering their career progression within EY. Take ownership of valuation engagements, developing and meticulously reviewing valuation models for financial accounting, reporting, feasibility studies, and corporate transactions. Stay informed on current economic and business trends impacting clients, demonstrating deep technical expertise and professionalism.

Candidates must possess a CA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance from a premier institute, complemented by a strong academic record and 4-8 years of relevant experience. Prior experience with a Big-4 firm or an industry-leading venture capital, investment bank, commercial bank, or national accounting firm is mandatory. Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities are crucial.

A strong work ethic, adaptability to new challenges within a collaborative team, and a commitment to continuous self and team development are expected. Proven ability to manage engagements, guide junior team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables is a must. Proficiency in MS Excel with VBA is required, and experience with analytics tools like Spotfire, Tableau, or Alteryx is preferred. General PC proficiency, including Word and PowerPoint, is also necessary. Travel up to 50% of the time is anticipated.
