As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation, your mission is to help clients devise strategies that build and sustain competitive advantages. You will pinpoint essential strategic capabilities and evaluate client performance gaps to formulate comprehensive transformation recommendations.

Key responsibilities include: - Developing transformation strategies for financial consolidation, close, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial business intelligence. - Optimizing financial processes, including chart of accounts design and accelerating close procedures. - Assisting with planning and forecasting strategies, including EPM package evaluation and design. - Supporting financial business intelligence and analytics initiatives, such as KPI rationalization and dashboard development. - Identifying performance gaps and assessing client capabilities using analytical tools.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's Degree being preferred. Essential expertise includes exposure to financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes, along with familiarity with EPM packages for planning, budgeting, and forecasting. A solid understanding of financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management is also required.

Candidates should possess knowledge of performance gap analysis methodologies and experience in optimizing financial processes. Preferred experience includes evaluating and designing EPM packages, as well as deep dives into financial business intelligence and process optimization. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience is expected for this role.
