Develop comprehensive transformation recommendations focusing on financial consolidation, close and reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Optimize financial processes, including chart of accounts design and acceleration of close procedures.

Assist in planning and budgeting strategies, including the evaluation and design of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) packages. Support financial business intelligence and analytics initiatives, such as KPI rationalization and executive dashboard development.

Identify necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps using specialized tools to drive improvements in performance, stability, and collaboration.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree being preferred. You should have a strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes, including chart of accounts design.

Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) packages for planning, budgeting, and forecasting is essential. Experience in financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management, including KPI rationalization and balanced scorecard design, is also crucial.

Demonstrated ability in performance gap analysis and financial process optimization, including accelerating close processes and improving financial reporting, is expected. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
