Join Google's Business Systems Integration team to drive efficiency and remove roadblocks in internal processes. This role focuses on building reliable and scalable solutions within the company's large scope. You'll translate Googler needs into technical specifications, design systems, and consult on implementations, helping employees work faster and more effectively.

Partner with business and cross-functional teams to define system requirements, develop delivery roadmaps, and identify new investment opportunities. Perform in-depth technical searches and data analysis to effectively troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process issues post-implementation. Organize, prioritize, and manage project workflows from initiation through launch, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to timelines. Design and implement efficient, streamlined operations by leveraging domain expertise and industry best practices. Manage cross-functional integrations to maintain process alignment across SAP MM, Ariba, and supporting Intellectual Property (IP)/Integration applications.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance systems. Demonstrated experience of 5 years in building integrated systems throughout their entire life cycle, including analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support.

Preferred qualifications include 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Source-to-Pay processes. Experience with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, is beneficial. Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems and source-to-pay processes is key. A proven track record of leading and completing multiple full-cycle system implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa) within a large enterprise setting is highly valued. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse cross-functional teams, are essential.
