Partner with business and cross-functional teams to define system requirements and build delivery roadmaps, identifying new investment opportunities.
Conduct in-depth technical data analysis to resolve system, data, and process issues post-implementation.
Manage project workflows from inception to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to timelines.
Design and implement streamlined operations using domain expertise and industry best practices.
Oversee cross-functional integrations to ensure process alignment across SAP MM, Ariba, and supporting IP applications.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance systems. You will also need 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout their entire life-cycle, including analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support.
Preferred qualifications include 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Source-to-Pay processes. Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall is beneficial, as is familiarity with SAP or similar ERPs and Source-to-Pay processes. A proven record of leading full-cycle system implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa) in large enterprise settings is highly valued. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for influencing cross-functional teams.
