Join Google's Business Systems Integration team to drive progress by removing roadblocks. This role is pivotal in identifying and resolving time-consuming internal processes through reliable and scalable solutions.

You will translate Googler needs into technical specifications, design and develop systems, and collaborate with executives for seamless implementation. Whether tackling large system processes or leveraging Google's proprietary products, your work will empower Googlers to operate with greater speed and efficiency.

The Financial Planning and Analysis ecosystem, a blend of Google-designed and third-party systems, will be a key area of focus. As part of the Corp Eng organization, you will contribute to building world-leading business solutions that support Google's mission to be more helpful for everyone. Essentially, this role embodies 'Google for Googlers'.

Partner with business stakeholders to clearly define product requirements, conducting workshops to develop effective solutions for business challenges.

Design comprehensive solutions and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analysts on architectural approaches.

Work closely with internal business teams and application engineers to successfully implement solutions.

Develop detailed documentation for system solution designs, configurations, testing strategies, test plans, and issue resolution processes.

Champion product improvements, collaborate with business teams, and contribute to product roadmaps alongside lead BSAs.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience is required, complemented by a minimum of 3 years in application solutions and building integrated systems throughout their entire lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience configuring Data Medium Exchange Engine (DMEE) for payment formats, bank reconciliation (EBS), and treasury banking integrations.

Additionally, experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO (FI-AP, FI-BL, FI-TX) configuration, along with technical proficiency in system integration via APIs and IDocs, and the ability to debug ABAP code, are highly desirable.
