Join our dynamic IT Applications planning team as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on the Anaplan platform. This role is pivotal in collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and support Anaplan capabilities. You will engage directly with colleagues to define project scope, establish timelines, and prioritize development efforts, ensuring seamless integration of Anaplan solutions.

Design and deliver robust Anaplan solutions that meet evolving business needs. Contribute to projects involving new Anaplan functionalities and enhancements to existing solutions. Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate business requirements, transforming them into effective operational tools. Work closely with business users to capture comprehensive user stories, informing the design and build of tailored solutions. Uphold Anaplan model-building and application lifecycle management standards. Collaborate with technical teams for data interface implementation and automation. Manage project assignments, ensuring successful implementation, user adoption, and sustained value realization.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in fields such as Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science. A mandatory Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 certification is required. Preferred credentials include Certified Master Anaplanner (CMA) and/or Certified Anaplan Solution Architect Professional. Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise performance management or demand planning solutions is essential. Experience applying 'The Anaplan Way' across the full project lifecycle, from requirements to closure, is expected. Translate complex business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions, with a preference for Supply Chain planning experience. Deep understanding of Anaplan architecture, formulas, and business logic, including model-to-model integrations and Connected Planning, is crucial. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in planning, solution building, or consulting is necessary. Proficiency with Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO), Workflow, CoModeler, and Optimizer is required. Strong self-motivation, collaboration, continuous learning, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication are key. Knowledge of semiconductor or high-tech industry demand and supply chain planning is a plus, as is familiarity with SAP IBP, SAP BW, or other planning tools.
