Drive efficiency and progress at Google by joining the Business Systems Integration team. This role focuses on removing internal process roadblocks and building scalable solutions. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, design systems, and consult with executives to ensure seamless implementation, empowering Googlers to work more effectively.

The Financial Planning and Analysis ecosystem at Google leverages both custom-built systems and commercial products. Within Corp Eng, we develop leading business solutions that support Google's mission of creating a more helpful world for everyone, essentially serving as "Google for Googlers."

Collaborate with business stakeholders to clearly define product requirements, facilitating workshops to uncover solutions for complex business challenges. Design effective solutions and partner with senior Business Systems Analysts on overall architectural designs. Work closely with internal business teams and application engineers to successfully implement designed solutions. Develop comprehensive documentation for system solution designs, configurations, testing strategies, test plans, and issue resolution processes. Champion product enhancements and contribute to product roadmaps by working with business teams and lead BSAs.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience is necessary in application solutioning and building integrated systems across their entire lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, test, implementation, and support.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Data Medium Exchange Engine (DMEE) payment formats, bank reconciliation (EBS), and treasury banking integrations. Configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO (FI-AP, FI-BL, FI-TX) is advantageous. Technical proficiency in system integration, including APIs and IDocs, along with the ability to debug Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) code, is also beneficial.
