This role involves identifying opportunities to elevate user experience and system performance using advanced DEX tools. You will lead automation initiatives, establish robust intake processes for stakeholder requirements, and actively participate in problem-solving sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Key duties include analyzing data to meet specific use case needs, developing success plans and roadmaps, and managing customer relationships. You will also provide cross-functional support and act as a vital liaison between vendors and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration.

A minimum of 10 years of IT experience is required, with at least 3 years focused on managing endpoint tools like Zscaler Dex, Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack. Proficiency in Zscaler Dex (ZDX), including platform and admin certifications, is essential.

Candidates should possess an ITIL Foundation certification and experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and Remedy, along with Microsoft applications (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint), is expected. Strong communication, presentation, vendor, and stakeholder management skills are paramount, as is the ability to multitask and work effectively in diverse environments. This role requires a 5-day on-site presence.
