This role involves identifying opportunities to elevate user experience, system stability, and performance scores through endpoint management tools. Responsibilities include driving automation initiatives, establishing requirement intake processes, actively participating in problem-solving sessions, and analyzing data to meet specific use case needs. Success Plans, Roadmaps, and Value Realization documents will be crucial for guiding clients toward their business objectives. Effective customer relationship management and cross-functional support are also key aspects of this position.

A minimum of 10 years in IT is required, with at least 3 years managing endpoint tools like Zscaler Dex, Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack. Direct exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX), including platform and admin certifications, is essential. An ITIL Foundation certification is necessary. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps, alongside experience in ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Remedy, is expected. Familiarity with Microsoft applications including MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is also required. Strong communication, presentation, vendor, and stakeholder management skills are vital. The ability to multitask, exceptional listening, detail orientation, and adaptability to heterogeneous environments are highly valued. Candidates must be comfortable working 5 days a week from the office.
