Additional duties involve planning and scheduling test activities, communicating test outcomes, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and supporting incident resolution for Service Catalog items. You will also recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables, actively participating in agile ceremonies.

This position requires a proactive approach to understanding and documenting business requirements, with a strong ability to translate them into technical specifications. Experience in designing and executing test plans, along with a keen eye for detail in identifying and resolving defects, is essential.
