As a senior analyst, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, managing stakeholder relationships, and acting as a vital liaison between vendors and clients.

Analyze and identify opportunities to enhance user experience, stability, and performance scores within designated Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools.

Spearhead automation initiatives and establish intake processes for gathering stakeholder requirements. Participate in problem-solving sessions to identify environmental improvement areas.

Develop Success Plans, Roadmaps, and Value Realization documents to assist clients in achieving their business objectives. Manage customer and stakeholder relationships effectively, providing cross-functional support.

Requires a minimum of 6 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years specifically managing endpoint tools such as Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack. Possession of Nexthink/1E Tachyon/SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates and ITIL foundation certifications is essential.

Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, alongside experience working with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and Remedy. Familiarity with Microsoft applications including MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is expected.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and presentation skills, vendor and stakeholder management capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in heterogeneous environments. A degree from a reputed educational institution and 15 years of formal education are mandatory.
