Key responsibilities include identifying use cases to enhance user experience, stability, and performance scores using DEX tools. You will lead automation initiatives, establish intake processes for stakeholder requirements, and actively participate in problem hunting to identify environmental opportunities. The role involves analyzing data to meet specific use case needs, developing success plans and roadmaps, and managing customer relationships.

Further duties include providing cross-functional support, acting as a liaison between vendors and clients, and demonstrating expertise in vendor and stakeholder management. You will also manage multiple priorities effectively and collaborate within a diverse team environment.

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to managing endpoint tools like Zscaler Dex, Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack. Experience with Zscaler Dex, including platform and admin certifications, is essential. A foundational ITIL certification is also required.

Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps is necessary, alongside experience in ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Remedy. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, is expected. Candidates must be comfortable with a 5-day onsite work arrangement.
