In this role, you will support incident resolution related to Service Catalogue items and propose enhancements to improve quality and productivity. You will translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications for service catalogue activities.

You will oversee testing and sign-off for Service Catalogue items before User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, you will coordinate workshops with process owners to document requirements and enhancements, and create detailed development stories with acceptance criteria.

Your responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deliverables, and actively participating in daily stand-ups, story grooming, and team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for individuals who can effectively manage service catalogue incidents and recommend process improvements. The ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications is essential.

Key skills include conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and creating detailed development stories with acceptance criteria. Experience with testing and sign-off procedures for service catalogue items is also necessary.
