As a Business Support Senior Associate, you will provide frontline customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal clients through chat and email. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service standards.

You will be responsible for processing and logging incoming communications in our CRM system, identifying customer needs, and escalating inquiries as necessary. Effective communication with both internal and external parties is vital for resolving questions and issues. Developing a robust knowledge of the insurance industry, products, services, and team processes is expected. Collaboration with management and team members to proactively address service concerns and coordinating training for new team members are also key duties.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of dedicated chat support experience, including regular scheduled shifts. Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency with Windows PC applications, keyboard navigation, and learning new software.

Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability, along with effective professional communication in previous roles. A typing speed of 35 WPM is necessary.
