- Deliver top-tier customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal stakeholders via chat and email. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service standards. - Accurately process and log incoming chats and emails within the CRM system. - Identify customer needs and effectively escalate inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals. - Foster strong communication channels with both internal and external customers to resolve queries and issues. - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, services, and team processes. - Collaborate with management and team members to proactively address and resolve service concerns. - Analyze and resolve team inquiries, escalating to stakeholders as necessary. - Assist in coordinating training and mentoring activities for new team members. - Uphold strict confidentiality of all information accessed.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chat support, including regularly scheduled shifts. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. - Proficient in using computer systems, including Windows applications, keyboard navigation, and learning new software. - Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in work product. - Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting. - Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. - Willingness to work complete night shifts. - Any graduation degree with English as a compulsory subject. - Ability to remain seated for extended periods. - Proficiency with MS Office suites and leading CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
