Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal teams via chat and email, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Manage incoming communications through the CRM system, accurately logging details and escalating inquiries as needed. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products, services, and processes to effectively resolve customer queries.

Collaborate with team members and management to proactively identify and address service issues, while also contributing to the training and mentoring of new hires. Uphold strict confidentiality of all information processed.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in chat support, demonstrating proficiency in regular scheduled shifts.

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be adept at using computer applications, including navigating Windows and learning new software. A proven ability to maintain accuracy and accountability in your work product, alongside professional communication in an office setting, is essential.

Successful applicants will have a typing speed of at least 35 WPM, be prepared for night shifts, and hold a graduate degree with English as a compulsory subject. Familiarity with MS Office suites and leading CRM tools like Salesforce is expected. Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly with life insurance and annuity policies, is a significant advantage.
