Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal staff through chat and email channels. Drive customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding service standards.

Efficiently process and log incoming chats and emails within the CRM system. Accurately identify customer needs, escalating inquiries to the appropriate individuals and departments for timely resolution.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including all products, services, and team processes. Collaborate with management and team members to proactively resolve service issues.

Analyze and address team inquiries, coordinating with various stakeholders as needed. Contribute to the development of new team members through training and mentorship.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in chat support, involving regular scheduled shifts, is required.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Proficiency in computer operations, including Windows applications, keyboard usage, screen navigation, and adapting to new software, is essential.

Demonstrate a history of attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional office setting, both verbally and in writing.

Typing speed of 35 WPM is necessary. Availability for complete night shifts is mandatory.
