Lead the organization's operational rhythm, overseeing end-to-end execution of team syncs, cross-functional leadership meetings, offsites, roundtables, and town halls. Ensure agendas are discussion-focused, pre-reads are timely, objectives are clear, and action items are rigorously tracked.

Shape and advance the core strategic narrative across OKRs, all-hands meetings, and leadership communications. Proactively address communication gaps, lead the development of executive-ready content, and maintain a consistent update cadence to amplify the team's impact across the organization.

Cultivate strong connections across gTech Ads Solutions Product CoEs and partner organizations. Regularly engage with leadership team members to identify critical issues, resolve operational challenges, and ensure unified execution of strategic initiatives.

A proven track record of leading and successfully executing strategic initiatives is highly valued.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous information into compelling narratives that capture audience attention is key.

Exceptional business acumen and the capacity for long-term strategic thinking, balanced with effective near-term execution skills, are crucial.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are a must.
