Act as a trusted advisor to executives by anticipating needs, supporting transformation initiatives, and implementing a prioritized stakeholder engagement framework. This includes defining meeting cadences, establishing regular feedback loops, and proactively addressing challenges.
Lead the organization's operational rhythm, managing the end-to-end execution of various meetings, including cross-functional leadership syncs, offsites, roundtables, and town halls. Ensure agendas are discussion-focused, pre-reads are timely, objectives are clear, and action items are rigorously tracked.
Develop, drive, and refine the core strategic narrative across OKRs, all-hands meetings, and leadership communications. Address resonance gaps, lead the creation of executive-ready content, and maintain a structured update cadence to amplify the team's impact across the organization.
Cultivate strong connections across gTech Ads Solutions Product CoEs and partner organizations. Engage regularly with leadership team members to identify key issues, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure unified execution on horizontal initiatives.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in product strategy, technical product integration, or solution design within a client-facing capacity.
Have at least 5 years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
Familiarity with Google's organizational structure and processes is advantageous.
A proven track record of leading and executing strategic initiatives is desired.
Ability to articulate complex, ambiguous topics into compelling narratives that engage an audience.
Demonstrate exceptional business acumen and the capacity for long-term strategic thinking, balanced with strong near-term execution skills.
