As a Business Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business direction and overseeing strategic planning processes, ensuring seamless coordination with corporate initiatives.

You will architect, develop, and execute the rhythm of business (ROB), working closely with senior leaders to achieve key outcomes. This includes setting objectives, managing business reviews, and ensuring strict adherence to privacy and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities involve executing business continuity plans, fostering strategic partnerships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement execution plans. You will establish best practices, advocate for business cases, and lead processes to ensure group alignment. Setting and reporting against KPIs, managing budgets, and developing forecasting plans are also critical aspects of this role.

Furthermore, you will identify performance improvement opportunities, anticipate business challenges, and collaborate on resource and headcount strategy. You'll also leverage relationships to influence strategic decisions, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and synthesize information into actionable insights.

Organizational health is a priority, involving monitoring team culture, driving D&I initiatives, and partnering with HR. You will also oversee compliance training and identify team strengths and development areas.

Special projects and AI enablement are key components, driving cross-team initiatives and leveraging AI/Copilot technologies to enhance business operations, decision-making, and productivity. You'll apply knowledge of AI capabilities to optimize processes and support data-driven outcomes, while staying abreast of industry trends.

Specialty responsibilities include leading executive-level communication, managing the leader's time effectively, and developing compelling presentations. You will synthesize findings, identify strategic links, and provide direction for breaking down complex information. Driving accountability, reviewing performance, and serving as a key point of contact are essential. You will also oversee corporate governance, performance management, and foster clarity in ambiguous situations.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, or Computer Science, coupled with at least 16 years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or related business roles, is required.

Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and extensive experience will be considered. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience in the specified fields.

Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and AI-powered productivity solutions like Microsoft Copilot, including their application in business operations, planning, communications, and organizational effectiveness, is highly desirable. Experience leading or supporting AI-enabled business transformation, process optimization, or change management initiatives is also a significant advantage.
