In this senior role, you will take ownership of critical projects within your area of expertise, demonstrating a deep understanding of business intelligence principles. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement activities for client and internal business processes. Responsibilities include compiling, analyzing, and reporting on statistical data and trends related to service compliance and operational effectiveness, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of new programs and processes.

This position requires 6-8 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or a related field. An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is necessary. A solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles is essential, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to perform general office duties and essential responsibilities with or without accommodations is required. Occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary.
