As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will analyze compliance data to identify patterns and trends in security control operations and effectiveness. Your insights will drive remediation efforts and inform investment decisions to mitigate information risk across a sophisticated global network. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Information Security Compliance team.

Key responsibilities include preparing reports based on business and technical requirements, designing and automating business processes, and migrating data between environments. You will also cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, estimate the impact of proposed changes, and collaborate across teams to resolve process obstacles. A significant part of this role involves proposing solutions to enhance existing and future processes, communicating effectively across all organizational levels, and adapting your communication style to foster idea exchange. You will also be responsible for coaching others on quality reviews and complex report drafting, monitoring and improving existing tools, and leading the production and maintenance of technical documentation.

To excel in this role, you need 6-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required. Expertise in PowerBI, advanced SQL, and SSIS packages is essential. You should possess strong data analysis skills with a proven ability to delve into databases, identify opportunities, and translate findings into clear business insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for conveying these insights effectively through compelling documents and presentations. Ideally, you will also possess relevant certifications and familiarity with cloud environments and security frameworks.
