Seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Advisor with 10-15 years of comprehensive experience, including a minimum of five years in project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role requires adeptness in managing multiple projects concurrently, particularly within onshore/offshore operational models.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing fixed-bid projects and have hands-on experience with technologies such as Azure, Data Engineering (Databricks, Pyspark), and Business Intelligence tools (SSIS, SQL Server).

This advisory position is crucial for driving business objectives through effective project execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Develop and refine project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business strategies, collaborating closely with senior leadership and stakeholders. Craft detailed project plans for dissemination to clients, NTT leadership, and internal teams.

Oversee project budgets and coordinate resources to ensure timely achievement of milestones and adherence to quality standards. Monitor daily task progress of team members to guarantee milestone completion.

Continuously track project advancements, generating detailed reports on key metrics like milestones and deliverables. Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to all involved parties.

Manage project finances, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure completion within allocated budgets. Employ exceptional risk management strategies to mitigate project threats, escalating concerns to leadership promptly.

Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships through outstanding leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Ensure the smooth execution of projects by coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key successes and areas for improvement, maintaining a sharp focus on deadlines and budgetary constraints.

Proven success working collaboratively with all levels of management. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
