As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will orchestrate comprehensive initiatives to enhance business function efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities include managing activities from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. You will engage with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify improvement areas, and guide redesign efforts to optimize overall function performance.

You will also monitor progress, adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve successful outcomes.

Independently perform and develop expertise, actively contributing to team discussions and problem-solving.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business function enhancements. Facilitate clear communication between business units and technical teams to align on project goals.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, specifically with Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. Strong analytical skills are essential for assessing business processes and identifying enhancement opportunities.

Experience managing end-to-end implementation projects within manufacturing or related sectors is necessary. You should be adept at translating complex business requirements into actionable plans and technical specifications.

Excellent communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. The ability to adapt to changing business environments and provide innovative solutions is also expected. A total of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
