Your primary responsibilities will include generating Management Information reports for assigned sectors or geographies, overseeing capacity planning for competencies, and supporting Service Line functions from onboarding to off-boarding. You'll ensure real-time team management meets service level goals and maximizes efficiency. A key aspect involves extensive knowledge of resource fulfillment, demand vs. supply analysis, skill-set mapping, and employee data management. You will provide critical insights to leadership to prevent revenue leakage, manage mobility and financial planning, including budget reforecasts and headcount reviews. Additionally, you'll monitor compliance, review cost/P&L/investment analyses, and process hiring requests, reporting to local and SL operations leaders.

We seek an Assistant Director with 12-15 years of relevant experience and a Graduate or Post Graduate qualification. You should be adept at providing timely reports and insights to Consulting client-facing teams and onshore finance/engagement teams. Key strengths include assisting with budget vs. actuals analysis, forecasting productivity and utilization, and ensuring efficient team communications. The role requires preparing reports, performing quality reviews, documenting processes, and supporting stakeholder relationship management. You will also be responsible for preparing dashboards for client-facing teams, stakeholders in other geographies, and senior leadership.
