Design and implement large-scale statistical experiments to evaluate human decision-making under various operational conditions, modeling rater behavior to optimize review queues and workforce allocation.
Formulate and execute rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and causal inference frameworks to address complex operational anomalies, identifying key efficiency drivers and guiding executive decisions with empirical data.
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and Global Operations teams to deploy scalable metrics infrastructure, validate technical solutions, and influence product and policy roadmaps.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
Four years of experience utilizing analytics to solve product or business challenges, coupled with coding proficiency (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and database querying or statistical analysis.
Four years of dedicated experience using SQL for extracting and managing quantitative data from distributed databases.
