As a Senior Business Analyst - Data, you will be instrumental in defining project scopes, understanding intricate business processes, and pinpointing problem areas. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading client requirement workshops to identify gaps and propose realistic solutions within project scope. - Guiding business analysts in solution design, ensuring requirements are met and the Requirement Traceability Matrix is maintained. - Analyzing and documenting data requirements for the core banking landscape, assessing impacts on downstream applications and process flows using tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Providing feedback on test cases and supporting Quality Assurance, including client UAT. - Recommending strategies to improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

This role requires hands-on experience with the Transact system, a strong understanding of its data structure and balance components, and familiarity with its interfacing techniques. A deep grasp of commercial and SME lending products, such as Commercial Loans, Syndication, and Mezz Finance, is essential.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and expertise in requirement elicitation through workshops. Experience with Agile methodologies is mandatory, alongside a proactive attitude, quick learning ability, and the capacity to thrive in multicultural teams. Experience in documenting business cases and business process modelling is also expected.
