In this role, you will collaborate with IT Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather essential operational and project data.

Your responsibilities include collecting, consolidating, validating, and analyzing data from diverse sources. You will develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Key tasks involve advanced Excel-based analysis using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas. You will also track delivery KPIs, resource utilization, project status, risks, and dependencies, alongside analyzing financial data like budgets, forecasts, and profitability.

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, or similar roles.

A strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations is essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, and preferably VBA, are required.

Excellent analytical and financial reporting capabilities are crucial, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive reporting and strong problem-solving, organization, and coordination skills are expected. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
