An exceptional opportunity exists for a seasoned Solution Architect to spearhead the design and development of groundbreaking Business Process Services (BPS/BPO) and Enterprise Application solutions. This role spans critical areas including Finance & Accounting (F&A), Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services functions. The ideal candidate will possess a potent blend of deep operational expertise and a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, digital transformation, automation, AI, and emerging Agentic AI technologies. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product, and AI teams to craft innovative solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes for a global clientele.

This position is pivotal in shaping next-generation Agentic BPaaS offerings, integrating advanced AI agents, sophisticated workflow orchestration, insightful process intelligence, robust enterprise applications, and frameworks for operational excellence.

Lead the complete solution architecture for extensive BPO, Managed Services, and BPaaS opportunities. Design transformative solutions across Finance & Accounting (R2R, P2P, O2C), Procurement & Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Supplier Management, and Shared Services Operations.

Develop future-state operating models incorporating Agentic AI, Automation, Analytics, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows. Create scalable, outcome-driven solutions aligned with client business objectives. Identify opportunities to embed Agentic AI into business processes, collaborating with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to design autonomous workflow agents, AI copilots, and intelligent exception management systems.

Own solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, client workshops, and transformation assessments. Develop comprehensive response strategies, operating models, staffing plans, and transition approaches. Present solutions compellingly to C-suite executives, including CFOs, CPOs, and COOs. Partner with Operations teams to pinpoint transformation potential within existing accounts, conducting process diagnostics and designing continuous improvement roadmaps.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field is required. An MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Possess at least 15 years of experience in solutioning, consulting, business process transformation, or enterprise applications. A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting complex outsourcing, managed services, or transformation deals is essential. Demonstrate a deep understanding of at least two core domains: Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Shared Services/Global Business Services (GBS).

Proven experience supporting large, multi-million-dollar pursuits and proposals is critical. Excellent executive communication and presentation skills are a must. Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation programs is highly valued. Familiarity with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) and Automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is beneficial.
