In this role, you will collaborate with project teams and clients to design, manage, and deliver data-driven supply chain optimization recommendations. Key activities include performing ETL processes, constructing supply chain optimization models and digital twins, executing and evaluating various scenarios, and conducting in-depth data analytics using reports and visualizations. Client and team interactions may span multiple geographic locations.

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's, MBA, or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Essential expertise includes data analytics using tools like SQL, Excel, Alteryx, R, SPSS, and Python, complemented by proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with optimization platforms like Optilogic, Coupa, or O9 Solutions is highly preferred, alongside at least two years of experience in supply chain initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure, are crucial. Relocation to Bengaluru, India, is required, with flexibility for client site travel.
