NTT DATA is seeking a skilled QA Lead with a specialization in Financial Services to enhance our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead quality initiatives within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, and Investment Management sectors. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in defining testing strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software within Agile and DevOps frameworks.

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and releases. This includes defining comprehensive QA strategies, detailed test plans, and quality metrics. You will mentor and guide QA team members, fostering adherence to best practices.

Key duties involve collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to align on requirements and quality standards. You will manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and risk assessment, providing regular status updates and quality reports to stakeholders. Continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies is also a core part of this role.

We require extensive experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with a proven track record in a QA Lead or Test Lead capacity. Prior experience with Financial Services projects, particularly in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Management, is essential. A strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies is expected.

Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or qTest is necessary. Experience in API testing using Postman or SoapUI, and familiarity with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, are also required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
