Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript. You will create and execute automated tests for both Web UI and API, build reusable components, and integrate automated suites with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Troubleshooting automation failures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to test strategy are integral parts of this role. Active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code review ensures adherence to best practices. You will also mentor junior engineers and manage automation activities independently.

We are looking for candidates with 6-9 years of experience in QA/Test Automation, featuring strong, practical expertise in Playwright for UI automation and JavaScript/TypeScript programming. Essential skills include API automation experience, robust automation framework development, and implementation of design patterns like Page Object Model. Proficiency in CI/CD with Jenkins, prior experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java, and familiarity with Git are mandatory. A solid understanding of web applications, testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and Agile/Scrum environments is expected.
