Lead end-to-end supply chain design and optimization initiatives, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Oversee project plans, resources, risks, and budgets across various geographies.

Serve as the main point of contact for client leadership, building strong, trusted relationships. Facilitate workshops, present key findings, and guide clients through solution implementation. Translate intricate analytical insights into practical, actionable business recommendations.

Provide technical oversight for data ETL, model development, scenario analysis, and visualization efforts. Guide consultants in leveraging tools like Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, SQL, Alteryx, and specialized supply chain platforms. Ensure the highest standards of analytical rigor and quality in all project deliverables.

Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts, supporting their skill enhancement and career progression. Foster a collaborative environment and encourage knowledge sharing across project teams.

Contribute to the advancement of methodologies, tool development, and thought leadership through blogs and whitepapers. Support business development by creating proposals and delivering compelling client presentations.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Have 5–7 years of experience in supply chain consulting, with a focus on network design, inventory optimization, and digital twin modeling. Demonstrate proven experience in managing client-facing projects and leading cross-functional teams effectively.

Exhibit proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, and KNIME. Have experience with supply chain modeling platforms like Optilogic, LLamasoft, ToolsGroup, River Logic, or similar. Possess strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Show an ability to translate complex supply chain analytics into clear, concise business recommendations. Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, with the capacity to identify and support new consulting opportunities. Be willing to work with global clients and collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.
