NTT DATA is seeking a Business Consulting-M365 and Azure Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and documenting innovative solutions for SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project managers to define requirements and timelines, and with architects and engineering teams to create technical documentation and secure design approvals.

Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring recertification for SharePoint Online and facilitating the handover of engineering solutions to the operations team through comprehensive knowledge transfer and operational guides. You will also be instrumental in documenting and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely action. During major incidents, you will manage communications, assist with resolution efforts, and perform root cause analysis.

Design, develop, and document automation and engineering solutions for SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure. Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers on requirements and timelines. Work with Architects and Engineering teams on technical documents and security/design approvals. Manage SharePoint Online recertification processes. Provide knowledge transfer and operational guides for engineering solutions to the operations team. Document and track project risks, issues, and dependencies. Manage major incidents, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and performing root cause analysis. Align activities with organizational priorities and demonstrate commitment to company values.

Possess strong hands-on experience and knowledge of SharePoint Online. Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Functions, Authentication, and Managed Identity. Exhibit strong experience in developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows. Show good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Purview, particularly in records management. Apply strong knowledge of using PnP and PowerShell for M365 and SharePoint Online development components (e.g., SPFX, PnP Framework, CSOM). Leverage good hands-on experience with OOPS concepts, C#, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Utilize working knowledge of Agile and SDLC tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Artifactory. Possess very effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to agile methodologies. Demonstrate the capability to learn new skills through self-study and be a supportive team player.
