As a Senior Consultant, you will provide strategic enablement for pursuit teams by delivering industry and account insights, leveraging intelligence and reusable assets. You'll shape EY's value proposition and develop client-aligned approaches to secure wins and foster business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and client account data to inform pursuit strategies. You will also shape compelling perspectives on client challenges, identify EY's competitive advantages, and develop detailed project approaches.

Key duties involve curating support materials, providing feedback on proposal content to enhance win probability, and ensuring proposals are polished and professional. You'll conduct end-to-end quality assurance on proposals for completeness and accuracy, and enhance their visual appeal and overall design for client readiness.

Essential qualifications include a BA/MA/PG or equivalent, with over 3 years of relevant professional experience. Excellent communication and writing skills are mandatory. Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design is expected. Exposure to AI/Digital solutions and strong research and synthesis capabilities are highly valued. Willingness to travel onsite for client assignments and adapt to Sunday-Thursday working weeks supporting MENA timings is required.
