Join NTT DATA as a Business Consultant – PMO Lead, driving project excellence in Pune, India. This role focuses on establishing and managing robust project governance, financial oversight, and resource planning to ensure successful project delivery. You'll be instrumental in providing leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health.

This is an opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, including Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Finance, and Technology stakeholders. Your contributions will be key to ensuring projects align with scope, schedule, budget, and governance standards, making a significant impact on client success.

Lead PMO governance across multiple projects and programs, establishing essential project governance standards, templates, and reporting frameworks. Monitor project scope, schedules, and overall delivery health, while meticulously tracking project budgets, actuals, forecasts, and financial variances. Partner closely with Finance and Delivery teams for accurate financial reporting and manage resource plans, demand, and staffing forecasts.

Maintain and review RAID logs, identify delivery and financial risks, and coordinate mitigation actions. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and portfolio summaries. Facilitate steering committee and leadership review meetings, ensuring project compliance with organizational standards. Support project lifecycle activities, from initiation to closure, and coordinate with vendors on deliverables and commercials.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Technology Delivery. Essential qualifications include over 5 years in project governance, portfolio reporting, and executive stakeholder reporting, alongside 4+ years in project financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. An additional 3+ years of experience in resource planning, vendor management, and delivery governance is required.

Proficiency in core skills such as PMO & Governance, Project Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Commercial Management, and Reporting is critical. Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps, along with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid Delivery, is expected.
