Lead comprehensive Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain transformation programs from inception to post-go-live support, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, quality, and budget. Drive Agile and Hybrid methodologies for enhanced efficiency. Oversee SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, and related enterprise application implementations, aligning solutions with strategic business goals and architectural standards. Manage enterprise integration initiatives using SAP CPI, PI/PO, and APIs, supporting cloud migration and digital transformation. Act as the primary liaison for client leadership and stakeholders, conducting governance reviews and managing risks. Drive operational excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement for service stability and compliance. Coordinate cross-functional teams, client resources, and vendors, optimizing resource allocation and performance. Advise clients on process optimization, automation, AI adoption, and modernization strategies to foster innovation and long-term value.

This role requires deep expertise in leading Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain transformation initiatives, with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, and Fiori. Proven experience in Program & Project Management, utilizing Agile & Hybrid Delivery Methodologies, is essential. Proficiency in Enterprise Integration technologies like SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, and Middleware platforms is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate capabilities in Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, Stakeholder & Executive Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Service Delivery & Operational Excellence, Vendor & Resource Management, and Process Optimization, Automation & AI Enablement.
