We are looking for a Business Consultant specializing in Finance & Supply Chain Technology to spearhead large-scale transformation initiatives. This role involves leading end-to-end project delivery, managing stakeholders, and driving technology enablement programs aligned with client business objectives. Collaborate with executives, architects, and teams to modernize platforms, optimize processes, and achieve measurable business outcomes through technology.

Lead comprehensive Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain transformation programs from inception to completion, managing the entire solution lifecycle including requirements, planning, design, implementation, deployment, and support.

Drive Agile, Hybrid, and industry-standard methodologies to enhance project execution and outcomes. Oversee implementation and transformation initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, and Fiori, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

Manage enterprise integration using SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, and middleware, supporting cloud migration and digital transformation. Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient integration architectures. Directly engage with client leadership and stakeholders, leading governance reviews, executive reporting, and risk management activities.

Foster service stability through effective incident and problem resolution. Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, client resources, and vendors, managing resource planning and delivery dependencies. Advise clients on process optimization, automation, AI adoption, and modernization strategies.

Extensive experience in leading end-to-end Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain transformation programs. Proven ability to manage the full solution lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and post-go-live support, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, and Fiori is essential, alongside experience with enterprise integration technologies like SAP CPI, PI/PO, and APIs. Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies is required.

Strong client and stakeholder management skills are crucial, including experience in leading governance reviews, executive reporting, and risk management. The role requires a consultative approach, advising clients on process optimization, automation, AI, and digital transformation strategies. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor performance is also necessary.
